New Perspectives Senior Living (Eden Prairie, Minn.) has started construction of the 130,000-square-foot Lighthouse of West Fargo, its first community in North Dakota, West Fargo Pioneer reports.
Lighthouse will include independent and assisted living and memory care units as well as a wellness center, restaurant-style dining, physical therapists, a bistro and a pub.
The 48 memory care units are expected to open in December with the approximately 82 assisted and independent living units opening in February 2017.
New Perspectives operates 19 facilities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
