Del Webb has acquired land for its fourth community in the state of Georgia, Del Webb at Chateau Elan, in Braselton.
The community, targeted toward adults over the age of 55, will span 385 acres and feature 730 single-family ranch homes with an amenity center of more than 25,000 square feet.
Planned amenities for Del Webb at Chateau Elan include a clubhouse with fitness center, sports courts for pickleball, tennis and bocce ball, library, ballroom, billiards and arts and crafts studio, as well as indoor and outdoor pools.
This location is 55 miles northeast of Atlanta, close to the North Georgia mountains and Lake Lanier. The community will have proximity to medical services such as Northeast Georgia Medical Center, as well as grocery, affordable entertainment, shopping, and recreation.
