Dr. Bill Thomas joins Mainstreet Health (Carmel, Ind.) as its new director of innovative healthcare. Dr. Thomas is a geriatrician and the creator of The Green House project.
Within Mainstreet Health, Dr. Thomas will help lead the development of innovative experiences for aging Americans in all facets of healthcare. His innovations will be incorporated into Mainstreet’s design, development, and operation of post-acute and long-term care.
Dr. Thomas’ expertise and contacts within the healthcare industry will assist in Mainstreet’s efforts to expand transitional care as a cost-effective solution for post-acute patients, designing and developing the NextGen long-term care model and incorporating community-based efforts for the local delivery of healthcare services.
