Sonata Senior Living (Orlando, Fla.) has started construction on a resort-style community in Winter Garden, Fla., called Sonata West.
The 139,000-square-feet, two-story building will feature 78 independent living apartments and 35 assisted living units. Club level apartments with enhanced services, apartment upgrades, and controlled access will also be available.
On-site amenities will include a full-service restaurant, pool, bistro bar, library, auditorium, theater, general store, art studio, fitness center, bocce ball court, picnic pavilion, and dog park.
The community will be adjacent to Serenades by Sonata, a full-service memory care community, and is scheduled to be completed by early 2017.
