White Oak To Add 132-Bed Skilled Nursing Community

<p>White Oak Management (Spartanburg, S.C.) is breaking ground this week on a new $20 million skilled nursing community, according to an article at <a href="http://www.goupstate.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">GoUpstate.com</a>.</p><p>An 18-acre site at North Grove Medical Park in Spartanburg will house the 82,000-square-foot, 132-bed community, called White Oak of North Grove, which is being designed by <a href="http://www.mcmillanpazdansmith.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture</a> (Greenville, S.C.).</p>

White Oak Management (Spartanburg, S.C.) is breaking ground this week on a new $20 million skilled nursing community, according to an article at GoUpstate.com.

An 18-acre site at North Grove Medical Park in Spartanburg will house the 82,000-square-foot, 132-bed community, called White Oak of North Grove, which is being designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture (Greenville, S.C.).

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. White Oak operates 15 skilled nursing and independent living communities in North and South Carolina.
