StoryPoint Senior Living Co., is planning to break ground on three new senior living communities in Portage, Mich., Troy, Ohio, and Grove City, Ohio.

The buildings will be 186,000 to 228,000 square feet with 158 -199 apartments–ranging from independent living, enhanced living, assisted living and memory care–that will include a bistro, café, and pub along with a restaurant-style dining room for residents. Community layouts will feature one-, two-, and three-story components

The living options are designed for seniors who want the privacy of an apartment home with the added benefit of many amenities offered including group outings, fitness programs, health and wellness opportunities, educational seminars, and optional healthcare services.
