New Senior Living Campus To Be Built On Berry College Land

<div><a href="http://www.berry.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Berry College</a> has unveiled the site of the new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that will be built on undeveloped land adjacent to the college’s main campus in Mount Berry, Ga. The CCRC, which will be named next year, will be situated within a five-minute drive of the region’s medical centers.

Berry College has unveiled the site of the new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that will be built on undeveloped land adjacent to the college’s main campus in Mount Berry, Ga. The CCRC, which will be named next year, will be situated within a five-minute drive of the region’s medical centers.    
 
Featuring 150 apartment homes and cottages, it will offer a full complement of healthcare and supportive services and amenities. 
 
Residents will have access to cultural and academic offerings such as  lectures and sporting events, as well as the natural surroundings including more than 60 miles of hiking, biking, running trails, and wildlife. 
 
Additional resident amenities include fine dining, recreational and fitness facilities unique to the CCRC,  and more.
