Life Enriching Communities announced plans for a $52 million expansion of its Twin Lakes Senior Living Community in Montgomery, Ohio, with independent living (IL) and memory care accommodations.
The project will include the addition of approximately 45 apartments for IL, a casual dining venue, a community room/auditorium, and retail development. A new memory care building will house 56 assisted living units with two levels of care: a high functioning level for individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment and a lower functioning level for individuals with moderate to severe cognitive impairment.
Construction is expected to begin in summer 2016 with an estimated completion date of late 2017.
The project team includes CR Architecture + Design and Danis Building Construction.
