Mease Manor Retirement Community has broken ground on a new memory care community located one block from its campus and next to Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, Fla.
The 20,000-square-foot Mease Manor Memory Care will house 32 private suites and include such safety and security features as internal and external camera systems, technology-based personal security for each resident, and monitoring for the building.
The project is being financed by SunTrust Bank and the project team includes Terbo Construction (builder) and architecture firm Slator and Associates.
