Ground has been broken on a new senior living community on St. John Providence Health System's Providence-Providence Park Hospital campus in Novi, Mich.
Construction has started on the 190,000-square-foot community which will offer 182 units for residents to age-in-place— 69 independent living units, 75 assisted living, and 38 memory care. The community is expected to open in summer 2017.
The Providence Park community will offer amenities including multiple dining venues, a café, theater, activity areas, a salon, and extensive landscaped courtyards that offer a variety of outdoor activities.
The new community will be managed by Ecumen. Rose Senior Living, a division of Edward Rose and Sons, will direct and manage all phases of development, construction, and management.
