Senior Care Centers of America (Trevose, Pa.) is expanding its services through the acquisition of the adult day health services center of ElderWatch Plus, Inc., in the Overbrook Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pa.
With this acquisition, Senior Care now operates 11 adult day health centers in Pennsylvania, including four in Philadelphia. The centers provide a daytime program of nursing care, social services, nutritious meals, and therapeutic activities for elderly and disabled adults.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Senior Care operates 75 centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Mississippi, and South Carolina.
