The Watermark at Trinity in Trinity, Fla., is steadily taking shape. The assisted living and memory care community is expected to open in the first quarter of 2016, reports The Suncoast News.
Developed by Watermark Retirement Communities, The Freshwater Group, and BRW Development Partners, the first floor will be dedicated to memory care featuring 26 studio and four two-bedroom apartments. The second floor will cater to assisted living residents and will include 17 studio, 12 one-bedroom, and six two-bedroom apartments. The third floor will also provide assisted living accommodations including 20 studio, 12 one-bedroom, and two 2 bedroom apartments.
On-site amenities will include gardens, walking paths, a movie theater, beauty salon and barbershop. The Watermark offers Thrive Dining, which allows individuals with cognitive, neuromuscular and chewing disorders to eat the same nutritious meals as other residents, in small handheld portions.
The community was designed by Chancey Design Partnership and broke ground in January.
