Clark-Lindsey Village, a CCRC founded in 1978, has broken ground on two new small homes for specialized dementia care, with one devoted to assisted living and the other for skilled nursing care. The homes will follow the Green House model and each will feature 12 private bedrooms and home furnishings.

Clark-Lindsey is working with The Green House Project and Perkins Eastman (Chicago) on the project, which marks the first Green House project in Champaign County, Ill.

The new homes will be situated on a 10,000-square-foot footprint and will include an outdoor courtyard, library and den areas, and an open kitchen.
