A new active senior living community is being planned in Naples, Fla. A site has been chosen for The Livingston Naples and proposals are underway to obtain entitlements for an additional 12 acres.
The design of the community and luxury, custom homes will reflect the surrounding neighborhood, with a focus on concierge amenities and health services.
The Livingston Naples community will be developed by Enclave-Livingston, a limited partnership headed by general partners Randy Kurtz and Mitch Melheim.
The partnership has eight additional limited partners and the project team includes Lawson Group Architects; Stofft Cooney Architects; and The ProMatura Group.
