The 85,108-square-foot community features hospitality-oriented care with amenities such as a therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a game room, a spa, a movie theatre, an on-site chef, and more.
Mainstreet developed Symphony of Dyer and Symphony operates it.
