Devonshire at PGA National, an Erickson Living retirement community in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has started work on its renovation project for several common spaces in the community. The community, located on 26 acres on the grounds of PGA National, offers five on-campus restaurants, a lounge, a theater, a performing arts center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center.
A few of the renewed areas recently debuted. The living room has received new carpet, paint, artwork, furniture, and lighting fixtures. Three of the community’s dining venues also received a refresh and, in addition, Devonshire’s entrance atrium has been reconditioned.
The management team has worked in collaboration with a resident design committee and Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners LLC., to create a blend of comfort and sophistication.
Devonshire will partner again with Peacock + Lewis, as well as Lantz-Boggio Architects to expand the bar and lounge area. It will also feature a refresh of the Stratford (the community’s performing arts center), including a brand new audio system, and a revitalization of the on-site fitness center.
Additional plans in the future may include a refinement of the outdoor landscaping, leisure, and dining spaces at Devonshire.
