Civitas Senior Living LLC will begin construction for Clear Fork Senior Living, a Senior Lifestyle apartment community, which offers assisted living apartments along with a memory care cottage. Construction is already underway.
Building plans include 38 assisted living studio suites and one-bedroom units, and 24 private and semi-private memory care units. There will be amenities such as a gym, spa, wellness center, walking trails, club house, and landscaped grounds.
The project is a joint venture between Civitas and Sandlin Capital LLC/2MR Capital LLC. Donica Construction and Development will be the developer for Clear Fork Assisted Living and Memory Care.
