Hillcrest Pointe Senior Living in Inver Grove Heights, Minn., has completed construction and is working on the finishing touches before it invites the public to celebrate the open house and dedication ceremony on Aug. 6.
Designed by Insite Architects, the three-story, 66-unit, wood-frame building features one and two bedroom apartments for adults age 55 and over who meet the program’s income guidelines.
The senior living community is owned by the Dakota County Community Development Agency. Amenities include a community room with kitchen, sitting areas, library, laundry facilities, emergency call systems, heated underground parking, and walking trails.
The general contractor is Stevens Construction Corp.
