Sunrise Senior Living’s newest community has opened its doors in Burlingame, Calif., Sunrise of Burlingame. It will offer assisted living as well as memory care programming and services for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of memory loss.
The new four-story, 65,000-square-foot community is located near a pedestrian-friendly shopping area with access to restaurants and nearby healthcare facilities.
The approximately 80-unit building, with a resident capacity of 97, will allow for flexible and adaptable spaces to support Sunrise’s full range of programming and activities. Additional features include Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the building, artwork by local artists and interior design elements to support seniors’ mobility needs.
