Mainstreet and Symphony Post Acute Network have opened their newest development, Symphony of Crown Point, in Crown Point, Ind.
The facility provides post-acute care (short-stay rehabilitation and therapy) and senior living in a service-rich environment. Mainstreet developed Symphony of Crown Point and Symphony operates it.
With 100 beds, the project features hospitality-oriented care with amenities such as a therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a game room, a spa, a movie theatre, an on-site chef, and more.
Construction started on Symphony of Crown Point in May 2014 .
