Trilogy Health Services Aquires Waterford Crossing

<p>Waterford Crossing Senior Living Village in Goshen, Ind., has been acquired by <a href="http://trilogyhs.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Trilogy Health Services LLC</a>, (Louisville, Ky.) effective June 1, 2015.</p><p>The acquisition of the assisted living and memory care apartments does not include the duplex condominiums and the terms of the purchase were not disclosed. The seller was represented by <a href="http://seniorlivingbrokerage.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc.</a></p>

Waterford Crossing Senior Living Village in Goshen, Ind., has been acquired by Trilogy Health Services LLC, (Louisville, Ky.) effective June 1, 2015.

Renamed The Residence at Waterford Crossing, the senior living community is Trilogy’s second Goshen location, joining The Maples at Waterford Crossing, which opened in 2006 on the grounds of Waterford Crossing Senior Living Village.
