PinPoint Commercial LP as created new company, PinPoint Senior Living, which will focus on four new senior living developments and establishing technology-enabled senior housing communities.
Charles Turner, president of PinPoint Senior Living, will lead the initiative, and will play a key role in advancing PinPoint’s growth in its new senior living projects.
The four communities include: The Legacy at Santa Fe in Santa Fe, N.M., The Legacy at Town Square in Amarillo, Texas, The Legacy at South Plains in Lubbock, Texas, and The Legacy at Cimarron in El Paso, Texas.
With a total of 86 units per location, the new communities are designed and tailored to function with a specific purpose – some areas are made for those who require minimal assistance, others are for those who need more help, while another portion of the community will be dedicated to those with advanced dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
