Greystone, Sentosa Care To Develop Skilled Nursing Facility

<p><a href="http://www.sentosacare.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sentosa Care</a> and <a href="https://www.greyco.com/home.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Greystone</a> have partnered to develop a 178,854-square-foot, 280-bed skilled nursing facility in  Long Island, N.Y. The five-story property will be called the Woodmere Rehabilitation and Healthcare Facility.</p><p>Greystone will serve as development manager and financier on the approximately $85 million project.</p>

Sentosa Care and Greystone have partnered to develop a 178,854-square-foot, 280-bed skilled nursing facility in  Long Island, N.Y. The five-story property will be called the Woodmere Rehabilitation and Healthcare Facility.

Greystone will serve as development manager and financier on the approximately $85 million project.

Sentosa, which owns the land, is contributing about $21.7 million in equity while Greystone is seeking a $63.3 million construction loan on behalf of the sponsor.
