Dominion Senior Living (Knoxville, Tenn.) is building a new senior living community in Johnson City, Tenn. 
 
The 45,000-square-foot, 72-bed project will have 60 units and will provide assisted living and memory care.
 
According to WJHL.com, various ameities will be offered such as therapy and wellness programs for residents and employees, large courtyards with picnic areas, games, botanical gardens, and sensory gardens designed with features to engage residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
 
Dominion expects to complete construction in March.
