Elan Southpark Meadows Project Breaks Ground

<p><a href="http://titanseniorliving.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Titan Senior Living</a> (Albuquerque, N.M.) and Guggenheim Real Estate have broken ground on the Elan Southpark Meadows project in South Austin, Texas, according to the <em>Austin Business Journal</em>.</p><p>Located within the Southpark Meadows mixed-use development on a four-acre site, the senior living community will be managed by<a href="http://www.lcsnet.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> LCS Cos. LLC</a> and the general contractor is <a href="http://reidandassociates.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reid and Associates</a>.</p>
