Symphony Senior Communities LLC (Atlanta) has broken ground on Phase I of its flagship Symphony at Eagle's Landing Senior Community, located in Eagle's Landing, Stockbridge, Ga.
The site is on 53 acres of wooded property and will contain 189 units with a total of 244,000 square feet of independent residences and amenities. Symphony Senior Communities has partnered with Emory Healthcare to operate an on-site clinic.
Amenities will include a specially designed spa and indoor pool, as well as, a concert hall while the wellness facilities will include rehabilitation, an indoor pool, medispa, and workout studio. Symphony residents will have golf cart access to the adjoining Eagle's Landing Country Club.
Construction is scheduled to be completed within 15 months. Architectural design is provided by THW Design (Atlanta).
