LCB Senior Living (Norwood, Mass.) will begin construction on The Residence at Salem Woods in Salem, N.H.
The residence will include a variety of common areas: living rooms, library, computer room, private dining, entertainment, recreation, cafes, and more. The landscaped grounds will include walking paths for residents, sitting areas, and gardens.
The Reflections Memory Care services is for residents with early stage Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2016. Eckman Construction (Bedford, N.H.) has been selected to serve as construction manager and the architect for the project is The Architectural Team (Chelsea, Mass.).
