North Shore Place (Northbrook, Ill.) recently celebrated the grand opening of its assisted living and memory care community. A Senior Lifestyle Corp. faciltiy, North Shore Place is the company's first Signature Collection community in the United States.
The assisted living community provides common areas designed for family and friends, nursing care, restuarants, and a host of security systems to allow the assisted living residents to enjoy the same freedom and life enrichment programming options as independent living residents.
North Shore Place also offers memory care for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other types of memory illnesses. Amenties include a movie theater, a courtyard, spa, and a bistro.
