Watermark Retirement To Build New Senior Living Community

<p><a href="http://www.watermarkcommunities.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Watermark Retirement Communities</a> (Tucson, Ariz.) along with <a href="http://www.thefreshwatergroup.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Freshwater Group</a>, has selected<a href="http://www.weitz.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> The Weitz Co.</a> (Des Moines, Iowa) to build the Hacienda at the River project.</p><p>The community will have 62 residences, offering assisted living and memory care, spread over a village of 41,000 square feet with single story homes.</p>

Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.) along with The Freshwater Group, has selected The Weitz Co. (Des Moines, Iowa) to build the Hacienda at the River project.

The community will have 62 residences, offering assisted living and memory care, spread over a village of 41,000 square feet with single story homes.

Full site development of the 6.5-acre site is slated to begin in December of 2014.
