Harmony Senior Services, LLC. (Fredericksburg, Va.) plans to construct seven new senior living communities in Virginia and South Carolina, to be completed in early 2016.
The expansions will more than double the corporate footprint of the Roanoke, Va.-based company, which currently manages six communities throughout Virginia.
A 90-united assisted living and memory care community is set to open first in Blacksburg, Va. in early 2015.
The following additional communities are also underway: an 87-unit community in Columbia, S.C. (assisted living and memory care); a 124-unit community in Richmond, Va. (independent living); a 160-unit community in Chantilly, Va. (independent living, assisted living and memory care); a 102-unit community in York County, Va. (assisted living and memory care); a 174-unit community in Suffolk, Va. (independent living, assisted living and memory care); and a 180-unit community in Virginia Beach, Va. (independent living, assisted living and memory care).
