Construction is underway on Lombard's newest senior living community, Lombard Place Assisted Living and Memory Care (Lombard, Ill.), a project of Spectrum Retirement Communities (Denver).
Lombard Place is Spectrum's third community in Illinois. All 80 residences within the four-story, 78,500-square-foot community have been planned to maximize health, independence, security and peace of mind, while also supporting those who need more assistance.
Lombard Place's Transitional Memory Care program, unique to Spectrum communities, supports seniors with mild cognitive impairment, while still offering independence.
Weis Builders is managing the project and Vessel Architecture & Design is architect.
