San Antonio-based Alternivest Healthcare, represented by CBRE, has purchased approximately 30 acres of land in New Braunfels, Texas.
The developer plans to build an assisted living/memory care center, skilled nursing facilit, and other medical buildings. The medical office building will be known as The Health Commons.
The property is located across the street from Tenet Healthcare’s Resolute Health Hospital, which will open next month.
CBRE will oversee ongoing sale and lease negotiations.
