Construction has started on Claremont of Crown Point, Northwest Indiana's newest 66,598-square-foot Medical Resort.
The majority of the rooms will be single-bed rooms with private bathrooms. The design and hotel-like environment will offer concierge-style delivery of services and intergenerational activities. It will include a rehab center, movie theater, game room, restaurants, walking trails, Wi-Fi, an onsite chef and other amenities.
Carmel, Indiana-based Mainstreet is developing the property. Claremont of Crown Point will be a Member Facility of the Illinois-based Symphony Post Acute Network and is expected to open in April, 2015.
