An $18 million assisted living facility broke ground in Brookfield Communities’ Fox Creek (Bullhead City, Ariz.) master-planned development. Joshua Springs will be a 95,300-square-foot facility with 74 assisted living apartments and 30 apartments specifically built for the memory care residents.
Brookfield Communities sold the land for the Joshua Springs in 2012 to Oregon-based Link Development. The community will be managed and operated by a Washington-based Milestone Retirement Communities, . Joshua Springs will be completed by summer 2015.
Amenities include a bistro, hair salon/barber shop, theatre, spa and exercise room, billiards room and card and game rooms and library.
