Thrive Senior Living (Atlanta) and Pulliam Investment Co. (Spartanburg, S.C.) have broken ground on an new assisted living and memory care community in Greer, S.C.
The Village at Greer will offer amenities such as an activity center, beauty salon, spa, coffee shop, and a fitness center.
Thrive Senior Living has partnered with LG to develop a “Smart Senior Living” platform. Medications are actively tracked in concert with the physicians and pharmacies, reducing delivery errors and medication conflicts.
The design team includes THW Architects (Atlanta) and Studio Six 5 Interiors (Austin, Texas). Construction is being overseen by a joint venture between Culpepper Construction Co. and Compass Contracting. Construction financing has been provided by Certus Bank and Contemporary Healthcare Capital.
