Construction is under way on Carmel's newest senior living community, Carmel Senior Living in Indiana, a project of Spectrum Retirement Communities (Denver).
Catamount Constructors is managing the project, designed by architectural firm Gastinger Walker Harden + BeeTriplett Buck (Chicago).
It will feature amenities, dining and Spectrum's signature wellness programs. Residences will range from studio apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,200-square-foot apartment homes.
Resident move-in at Carmel is scheduled for June 2015.
