Autumn Leaves of Towne Lake (Woodstock, Ga.) held its official grand opening and celebrated with families, residents, business leaders, and members of the nearby community.
It was designed based on Alzheimer’s research and includes high-tech equipment to help keep the residents safe. The layout of the community and all interior furnishings and decor—artwork, carpet, paint color, furniture, lighting, windows—were chosen with the intention of providing the safe and comfortable environment for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The community also features a motion sensor program in each resident’s private room that allows for safer independent living.
