Hearthstone Communities has started work on an extensive renovation of various components of The Manor at Hearthstone Communities, a 138-bed, two-story senior living facility in Woodstock, Ill.
Construction at the continuing care retirement community has begun and is expected to be completed later this spring.
The scope of the modernization program includes bringing the facility into compliance standards with new building codes and regulations for fire safety and sprinkler protection and installing new interior finishes and improvements for floors, ceilings, wallcoverings, electric and lighting.
