Permit applications have been submitted for construction of a 90-unit assisted-living and memory-care facility in South Boulder, Colo. Groundbreaking on the $25 million project is slated for late March or April, with the facility opening expected in May 2015.
Patience Holdings recently closed on the $3.25 million sale of the five-acre site of the former Army Reserve Training Center and remains a partner in the new ownership along with MorningStar Senior Living (Denver) and Haselden Construction (Centennial, Colo.).
MorningStar will operate the new facility, which is being called MorningStar of Boulder.
