Guardian Angels Senior Services of Elk River, Minn., has begun construction on Engel Haus, a new senior housing community (Albertville, Minn.). The name of the facility honors the region’s German heritage.
The two-story, 63-unit Engel Haus will provide catered living services in apartment homes, as well as for seniors who require assisted living, and memory care. Guardian Angels serves more than 2,500 senior Minnesotans each year.
Designed by Pope Architects, Engel Haus is being developed by Kraus-Anderson Realty (Minneapolis), which coordinated the development process with the City of Albertville.
