Construction Set To Begin On Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn In Chicago

<p>Real estate firm <a href="http://www.medpropertieslp.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">MedProperties Holdings</a> (Dallas) is partnering with <a href="http://www.lasallegroup.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The LaSalle Group</a> (Irving, Texas) to build a 27,000 square foot memory care facility near Chicago. <a href="http://www.autumnleaves.com/assisted-living-care-locations-chicago-il.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn</a> will be a 46-bed facility and is expected to be completed in about a year.</p>

Real estate firm MedProperties Holdings (Dallas) is partnering with The LaSalle Group (Irving, Texas) to build a 27,000 square foot memory care facility near Chicago. Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn will be a 46-bed facility and is expected to be completed in about a year.

The one-story residential care community will be operated by LaSalle Group’s Autumn Leaves brand. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall. BMO Harris Bank of Chicago is providing construction financing.

The joint venture marks MedProperties’ second investment with The LaSalle Group.
