The second Heartis-branded assisted living and memory care community is slated for the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Metroplex. Caddis Partners (Dallas) has begun construction on Heartis Eagle Mountain, a 61,125-square-foot community that will include 54 assisted living units (61 beds) and a dedicated 35-bed memory care unit. The residence will also include three interior courtyards, with one dedicated to memory care.
The project team includes Austin, Texas-based architectural firm Katus and Dallas-based MAPP Construction.
Heartis Eagle Mountain is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2014 and marks the third senior living facility by Caddis Partners. The first two are Heartis Cleburne, in Cleburne, Texas, and Heartis Conroe, in Conroe, Texas. The properties will be developed and owned by affiliates of Caddis Partners, with management being provided by Eugene, Ore.-based Good Neighbor Care.
