The 5-story Vineyard Park North Spokane is on track to open in spring 2027 in Spokane, Wash., according to spokanejournal.com.
The $21.7 million project comprises 108 independent living and assisted living units, with 98 units offered as studio and one-bedroom floor plans and the other 10 as two-bedroom models. The 111,000-square-foot community also features a 20-unit memory care neighborhood, with units divided between private and shared rooms.
Amenities include a gym, theater, event space, café, wellness and therapy areas, and outdoor terrace.
Blue Architecture LLC (Bremerton, Wash.) is the architect on the project and Baker Construction & Development (Spokane, Wash.) is the contractor.
