The provincial government of Prince Edward Island is planning to develop an affordable senior living community in Three Rivers, according to The Guardian.

The 55+ project comprises 30 units in a new 3-story building on a 12-acre site formerly occupied by the Riverview Manor retirement community. The site currently houses 32 units across three residential buildings.
