Senior housing operator and developer Wellpointe (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) has filed plans for a 2.2-million-square-foot affordable assisted living community in Warner Center, a business district of Los Angeles, according to The Real Deal.
The project comprises 3,458 residential units, including 266 units for staff. The units are housed in four towers ranging from 34 stories to 42 stories.
Additionally, the community’s 4.7-acre site includes 61,450 square feet of nonresidential space and 823 parking spaces.
