Heritage Senior Living (Blue Bell, Pa.) is planning an expansion of The Birches at New Hope in New Hope, Pa., according to bucksco.today.
The project will add 160 units, including apartments, luxury flats, and cottages, on a 20.5-acre site adjacent to the existing community.
A pub, indoor pool, pickleball courts, and community garden are among the planned amenities.
