Design firm HKS (Miami) has appointed Sergio Saenz as global director of its “place” sector, which includes senior living, according to a news release.
As a partner and global sector director based in the Miami office, Saenz will lead the firm’s senior living, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, and mission-critical practices. He previously served as HKS’s global hospitality leader.
