Owner-developer Live Well Senior Living Cottages (Vineland, N.J.) and operator Distinctive Living (Freehold, N.J.) have started construction on Live Well Cottages at Vineland, a new 65+ community in Vineland, N.J., according to a news release.
The 25-acre community will house 130 middle-market independent living units in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will include a bistro, bar, dog park, playground, and community clubhouse with fitness center.
The project will be completed in phases, with the first units expected to open in summer 2026.
