Cabot Park Village Tops Off $22M Renovation And Expansion In Newtonville, Massachusetts

Cabot Park Village, an independent living community in Newtonville, Mass., placed the final steel structural support beam on a $22 million renovation and expansion, according to a news release from owner-operator Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.).

Marking its 30th year of operation, the community will add 18 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units with full kitchens. The project will also renovate the lobby and reception area, expand the dining room, and update the library and resident art gallery.

New amenities will include a bistro and lounge with fireplace, movie theater, lecture space, club room, and rooftop sky lounge with indoor and outdoor seating.

The new residential units are expected to be available for move-in by early 2027.
