Affordable housing developer Rogerson Communities (Roslindale, Mass.) is planning a senior housing redevelopment project in Worcester, Mass., according to bostonrealestatetimes.com.

The project will restore the former the St. Vincent Hospital Convent and the Nurses Home, which are attached to the Worcester Senior Center, as well as construct a new affordable independent living building with 98 units.

The campus-style setting will integrate housing with existing services and programming for seniors.
